Tear in a Photo (peak-a-boo in Jake's face)

We learned how to tear a photo and show another photo under it. On the top is my first attempt (epic fail )and the one on the bottom is my 2nd attempt which I think is done a lot better.

Alphabet Photos

We had to find the letters of the alphabet in everyday objects and here are my partner and my final results.

Transparent words

So today we added words to our pictures and made them transparent. The one on the left is the one I prefer. On the right is the one where I finished the whole effect. Both photos say CAR RIDE FUN

Burnt edge effect

So in media arts we learned the burnt edge effect. The photo below was my first attempt and on the right we just copied the effect and placed it on this image. The image on the left is from my last day of theatre spirit (on 11/11/11) and the one on the right was from my 9th grade semi formal dance.

Photo within a photo

Ok personally I think this is a cool effect!!! (Side note: 2nd to last day of spirit and it's Hipster Thursday)

Rotoscope

We did this project called rotoscope where a part of an image seems realistic (usually the background) and another part (the main focus (in this case the two people)) looks like it was painted. (Side note: spirit today was oneise Wednesday)

Photo Shop 1

Next we played around with photo shop and worked on changing the colors and brightness with a tool called "Hue/Saturation."

Edgar Degas Collage

Our first assignment was to create a collage of images we found on the internet. Edgar Degas has always been my favorite painter so I decided to make one of some of my favorite paintings done by him.
